Fair Usage Policy

At AI-Pro.org, we are committed to providing a superior, fair, and sustainable user experience. This Fair Usage Policy governs the usage of the AI-Pro.org Platform to ensure that our resources are used responsibly and equitably.

Usage Limits

Generative AI Tokens Each AI response generated through the AI-Pro.org Platform consumes a specific number of tokens, which corresponds to the amount of text or data processed. To maintain a fair distribution of resources, we have implemented reasonable usage limits for all Users. 
  • Basic user – 250,000 tokens/month
  • Pro user – 500,000 tokens/month
  • Enterprise user – Starting token 3.7M/month (370,000 per member)
  • Pro Max user – No limit
Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or additional charges. Text-to-Speech & Speech-to-Text Characters Using our Text-to-Speech (TTS) and Speech-to-Text (STT) features also has character-based limits. These limits are designed to prevent overuse and ensure our speech conversion services remain available to all Users. Going over these limits may lead to the application of fair usage restrictions. Avatar Generation Our Avatar Generation feature is a powerful tool that enables the creation of unique digital identities. These features must be used respectfully and creatively without infringing on others’ rights or creating misleading or offensive content. Abuse of these features will result in corrective action, which may include limitations on usage, account suspension, or termination.

Responsible Use

We expect users to use the Platform responsibly and respectfully. This includes not using the Platform for illegal activities, harassment, promoting violence or hatred, or infringing on others’ rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we determine that a user is engaging in unacceptable behavior.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations

All use of the Platform must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including copyright, privacy, and data protection laws. Violation of any law or regulation while using the Platform is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of our Services.

Respect for Intellectual Property Rights

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others when using the Platform. This includes not using the Platform to create, distribute, or promote content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Account Suspension or Termination

Failure to adhere to this Policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Platform. We reserve the right to enforce this Policy at our sole discretion. This may involve investigating potential violations, cooperation with law enforcement authorities to investigate suspected criminal violations and legal action against users who violate this Fair Usage Policy.

We may revise this Fair Usage Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our services, technology, or regulations. We will notify Users of any significant changes and encourage you to review this Fair Usage Policy regularly. By using the AI-Pro.org, you signify your express consent to this Fair Usage Policy.
